Reference ranges are tuned for pregnancy, and the test can be repeated each trimester so you can see your status respond to diet and supplement changes.

Analysed by gas chromatography with flame ionisation detection (GC-FID) using the original Omega-3 Index methodology of Harris & von Schacky (2004). A UK-registered medical device, analysed in our accredited European laboratory.
